As I sit in my new home that my Fiancé and I consider to be everything we wanted and then some. We have been looking for a place to call ours for months - we worked with 2 other agents and always felt defeated.

We know now that the previous agent listed our home for the list price we wanted to hear, because 1 week later she told us to drop our price, then drop our price again and 1 month later we had a price reduction of $100,000. We could have listed our home with any of the agents in the area because we deal with a number of them in our type of business but we chose you.
