We have used Victoria numerous times when buying and selling in Toronto and the Durham Region. She is responsive, reliable and most importantly she will get you the house you want, for the price you are willing to pay, even if there is a bidding war! She knows her stuff and her strategy when buying or selling has proven time and time again to be a winning one! Most recently we sold our house with Victoria. She got us a great offer for full asking price within one day of listing. She also managed to get us the house of our dreams after we initially lost it to a higher bidder. What a lovely lady! What a caring woman! Victoria is a gem! My husband likes to run the show and I’ll never forget when Victoria told him that we hired her as our Realtor and we need to let her do her job to get us the most money possible 😊 . She did! We could have listed our home with any of the agents in the area because we deal with a number of them in our type of business but we chose you. You showed us alternatives and saved us thousands of dollars doing things we thought we needed to do to prepare our home for sale. You recommended that we list higher and we did, and as you know, we sold before the other home and for more than they did! What amazes us about Victoria is her dedication and care for her clients, her willingness to spend time in explaining every step of the buying and selling processes to us. Her resume speaks her talent in the real state market, but her personable approach was what made us fall in love with her! 

It is painful to list your house for 213 days and not sell it. Victoria Dann came along and we could not resist her. She is a petite lady with a powerful personality. Since we could only show our home 3 days a week, Victoria told us she would sell it in 14 days. In exactly 14 days she personally put up the SOLD sign and we took a picture together  [😊] . Victoria sold our house for pretty much list price. We wish we had met Victoria sooner, she always kept our best interest at heart. We are so thankful for her!
