We could have listed our home with any of the agents in the area because we deal with a number of them in our type of business but we chose you. You showed us alternatives and saved us thousands of dollars doing things we thought we needed to do to prepare our home for sale. It is painful to list your house for 213 days and not sell it. Victoria Dann came along and we could not resist her. She is a petite lady with a powerful personality. Since we could only show our home 3 days a week, Victoria told us she would sell it in 14 days. In exactly 14 days she personally put up the SOLD sign and we took a picture together  [😊] .
