We called you because we saw your For Sale signs everywhere! We figured that you must be doing something right because the next time we passed by, there would be a SOLD sign.  We also figured that you must be well established to maintain those bench signs which Danielle points to whenever we drive by and says hello.  I guess she will be buying a home from you in like, 15 years from now. For 144 days, trying to sell our house with another agent, we were stagnant on the market.
