We interviewed another agent before we met you and clearly there was no comparison.  Btw, we had a good chuckle when you left because we imitated what you said, “your home is not worth $900,000 so don’t even ask me to list it for that number.”  You were so upfront, so confident and when you gave us your recommendation, you made perfect sense.  We are strong-opinionated people too but you really know how to navigate yourself.  You got us multiple offers and sold our home for $24,000 above list price! We are your raving fans!

As I sit in my new home that my Fiancé and I consider to be everything we wanted and then some. We have been looking for a place to call ours for months - we worked with 2 other agents and always felt defeated.  
We were often left to think our expectations were too high and that our budget was too low. My Fiancé spoke to Victoria on the phone and right away felt working with her would be different. From our first point of contact to our final signing of documents, Victoria has made our buying/selling experience a breeze! It is painful to list your house for 213 days and not sell it. Victoria Dann came along and we could not resist her. She is a petite lady with a powerful personality. Since we could only show our home 3 days a week, Victoria told us she would sell it in 14 days. In exactly 14 days she personally put up the SOLD sign and we took a picture together  [😊] . Victoria sold our house for pretty much list price. We wish we had met Victoria sooner, she always kept our best interest at heart. We are so thankful for her!

We could have listed our home with any of the agents in the area because we deal with a number of them in our type of business but we chose you. You showed us alternatives and saved us thousands of dollars doing things we thought we needed to do to prepare our home for sale. We were also concerned that the other home listed on our street at the time was our competition and felt that we should list lower than theirs but you advised us that we didn’t need to. You recommended that we list higher and we did, and as you know, we sold before the other home and for more than they did!
