We called you because we saw your For Sale signs everywhere! We figured that you must be doing something right because the next time we passed by, there would be a SOLD sign.  We also figured that you must be well established to maintain those bench signs which Danielle points to whenever we drive by and says hello.  I guess she will be buying a home from you in like, 15 years from now. LOL. On a serious note, we cannot tell you how thankful we are that you sold our home in 7 days for $28,000 more than asking! You go girl! 

Victoria Dann is an Excellent Real Estate Agent with extra ordinary work ethics. We had tried to sell our large house couple of times through other agents and was unsuccessful. We could have listed our home with any of the agents in the area because we deal with a number of them in our type of business but we chose you. You showed us alternatives and saved us thousands of dollars doing things we thought we needed to do to prepare our home for sale.
