We called you because we saw your For Sale signs everywhere! We figured that you must be doing something right because the next time we passed by, there would be a SOLD sign.  We also figured that you must be well established to maintain those bench signs which Danielle points to whenever we drive by and says hello.  I guess she will be buying a home from you in like, 15 years from now. LOL. On a serious note, we cannot tell you how thankful we are that you sold our home in 7 days for $28,000 more than asking! You go girl!

Magical Realtor is all I really need to say! Always over delivering for her clients. From our first point of contact to our final signing of documents, Victoria has made our buying/selling experience a breeze! It is painful to list your house for 213 days and not sell it. Victoria Dann came along and we could not resist her. She is a petite lady with a powerful personality.
