Selling your home can be extremely stressful to say the least. Victoria with her positive attitude and confidence made the process that much easier in selling my home. Before we came to you we were defeated and exhausted from trying to sell our home privately. I’ll never forget when you hugged me and said, “Don’t worry, I will take care of it.”  You rock! 

It is painful to list your house for 213 days and not sell it. Victoria Dann came along and we could not resist her. She is a petite lady with a powerful personality. Since we could only show our home 3 days a week, Victoria told us she would sell it in 14 days. In exactly 14 days she personally put up the SOLD sign and we took a picture together  [😊] . Victoria sold our house for pretty much list price. We wish we had met Victoria sooner, she always kept our best interest at heart. We are so thankful for her!

As I sit in my new home that my Fiancé and I consider to be everything we wanted and then some. We have been looking for a place to call ours for months - we worked with 2 other agents and always felt defeated.  
We were often left to think our expectations were too high and that our budget was too low. My Fiancé spoke to Victoria on the phone and right away felt working with her would be different. Needless to say, 6 days later we were signing docs for the house we now call home. Victoria listened to our needs and treated us like family before she did clients. She helped us every step of the way, answered every question we had - no matter how small, and did so professionally while making it feel personable. On the day we received our keys, Victoria was there with a beautiful house warming gift and assurance that although the house buying process was over - she is always available to us.  Looking back on our home buying experience I wish we met Victoria sooner, but we both believe everything happens for a reason and in its time. So trust Victoria and when the time is right everything will fall into place - we are living proof of this.

We called you because we saw your For Sale signs everywhere! We figured that you must be doing something right because the next time we passed by, there would be a SOLD sign.  We also figured that you must be well established to maintain those bench signs which Danielle points to whenever we drive by and says hello.  I guess she will be buying a home from you in like, 15 years from now. LOL. On a serious note, we cannot tell you how thankful we are that you sold our home in 7 days for $28,000 more than asking! You go girl! 

Sometimes when a dream seems almost impossible, God sends an angel to help. You are our angel! You were patient & dedicated. We love our home and thank you for your hard work.
