My husband and I are in our 80s.  We used Victoria 10 years ago when she sold our previous home and helped us to get our home she just sold. Along the way, our son, our daughter, my sister and our friends have used her as their agent as well. We could have listed our home with any of the agents in the area because we deal with a number of them in our type of business but we chose you. You showed us alternatives and saved us thousands of dollars doing things we thought we needed to do to prepare our home for sale. We were also concerned that the other home listed on our street at the time was our competition and felt that we should list lower than theirs but you advised us that we didn’t need to. You recommended that we list higher and we did, and as you know, we sold before the other home and for more than they did!
