From our first point of contact to our final signing of documents, Victoria has made our buying/selling experience a breeze! For 144 days, trying to sell our house with another agent, we were stagnant on the market. Needless to say, we were exhausted. 144 days is a long time to accommodate showings.  Our banker recommended Victoria Dann. Victoria told us she was confident she could sell our house in 7 days. As I sit in my new home that my Fiancé and I consider to be everything we wanted and then some. We have been looking for a place to call ours for months - we worked with 2 other agents and always felt defeated.  
We were often left to think our expectations were too high and that our budget was too low. My Fiancé spoke to Victoria on the phone and right away felt working with her would be different.
