Our house was listed for 42 days. We know now that the previous agent listed our home for the list price we wanted to hear, because 1 week later she told us to drop our price, then drop our price again and 1 month later we had a price reduction of $100,000. What a waste of time and a huge inconvenience to our family. We are so grateful that we saw Victoria’s bench sign and called her for help. She explained her strategy and 3 days later, Victoria sold our house for 104% of the list price. It is painful to list your house for 213 days and not sell it. Victoria Dann came along and we could not resist her. She is a petite lady with a powerful personality. Since we could only show our home 3 days a week, Victoria told us she would sell it in 14 days. In exactly 14 days she personally put up the SOLD sign and we took a picture together  [😊] .
