As I sit in my new home that my Fiancé and I consider to be everything we wanted and then some. We have been looking for a place to call ours for months - we worked with 2 other agents and always felt defeated.  
We were often left to think our expectations were too high and that our budget was too low. My Fiancé spoke to Victoria on the phone and right away felt working with her would be different. Our house was listed for 42 days. We know now that the previous agent listed our home for the list price we wanted to hear, because 1 week later she told us to drop our price, then drop our price again and 1 month later we had a price reduction of $100,000. What a waste of time and a huge inconvenience to our family. We are so grateful that we saw Victoria’s bench sign and called her for help. She explained her strategy and 3 days later, Victoria sold our house for 104% of the list price.
