We called you because we saw your For Sale signs everywhere! We figured that you must be doing something right because the next time we passed by, there would be a SOLD sign.  We also figured that you must be well established to maintain those bench signs which Danielle points to whenever we drive by and says hello.  I guess she will be buying a home from you in like, 15 years from now. LOL. On a serious note, we cannot tell you how thankful we are that you sold our home in 7 days for $28,000 more than asking! You go girl! 

As I sit in my new home that my Fiancé and I consider to be everything we wanted and then some. We have been looking for a place to call ours for months - we worked with 2 other agents and always felt defeated.

Our house was listed for 42 days. We know now that the previous agent listed our home for the list price we wanted to hear, because 1 week later she told us to drop our price, then drop our price again and 1 month later we had a price reduction of $100,000. What a waste of time and a huge inconvenience to our family. We are so grateful that we saw Victoria’s bench sign and called her for help. She explained her strategy and 3 days later, Victoria sold our house for 104% of the list price.
