Our house was listed for 42 days. We know now that the previous agent listed our home for the list price we wanted to hear, because 1 week later she told us to drop our price, then drop our price again and 1 month later we had a price reduction of $100,000. What a waste of time and a huge inconvenience to our family. We are so grateful that we saw Victoria’s bench sign and called her for help.
