We could have listed our home with any of the agents in the area because we deal with a number of them in our type of business but we chose you. You showed us alternatives and saved us thousands of dollars doing things we thought we needed to do to prepare our home for sale. We were also concerned that the other home listed on our street at the time was our competition and felt that we should list lower than theirs but you advised us that we didn’t need to. You recommended that we list higher and we did, and as you know, we sold before the other home and for more than they did! As if that was not enough, you still made the time to drop in just so our kids could put on the SOLD sign. Very touching! I hope you know that I will continue to refer you at every opportunity. As I sit in my new home that my Fiancé and I consider to be everything we wanted and then some. We have been looking for a place to call ours for months - we worked with 2 other agents and always felt defeated.

I have known Victoria for over 15 years, she helped us in past purchase two homes. When I was buying for a third time (by myself) I did not think twice about contacting Victoria. It is painful to list your house for 213 days and not sell it. Victoria Dann came along and we could not resist her. She is a petite lady with a powerful personality.
