My husband and I are in our 80s.  We used Victoria 10 years ago when she sold our previous home and helped us to get our home she just sold. Along the way, our son, our daughter, my sister and our friends have used her as their agent as well. Our house was listed for 42 days. We know now that the previous agent listed our home for the list price we wanted to hear, because 1 week later she told us to drop our price, then drop our price again and 1 month later we had a price reduction of $100,000. What a waste of time and a huge inconvenience to our family. We are so grateful that we saw Victoria’s bench sign and called her for help. It is painful to list your house for 213 days and not sell it. Victoria Dann came along and we could not resist her. She is a petite lady with a powerful personality.
