We interviewed another agent before we met you and clearly there was no comparison.  Btw, we had a good chuckle when you left because we imitated what you said, “your home is not worth $900,000 so don’t even ask me to list it for that number.”  You were so upfront, so confident and when you gave us your recommendation, you made perfect sense.  We are strong-opinionated people too but you really know how to navigate yourself.  You got us multiple offers and sold our home for $24,000 above list price! We are your raving fans!

For 144 days, trying to sell our house with another agent, we were stagnant on the market. Needless to say, we were exhausted. 144 days is a long time to accommodate showings.  Our banker recommended Victoria Dann. Victoria told us she was confident she could sell our house in 7 days.
